Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working Supervisor to join our team.

As a Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.

This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of workers, providing guidance and support as needed
Coordinate and schedule work assignments to ensure timely completion of projects
Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure adherence to project specifications
Train new team members on job duties, safety protocols, and company policies
Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
Collaborate with the director to ensure a successful project completion.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by the team
Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Working Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Solid knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Note:
This is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry is required.

This is a self employed position.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
