Responsibilities:
- Assisting in overseeing a workload of disrepair cases for our clients in Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
- Demonstrating expertise in various software tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel to generate correspondence, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, ensuring that all documentation meets the high standards expected by both clients and fee earners, and adheres to set deadlines.
