A UK Top 20 Accountancy Firm are growing their L&D team - and seeking a Learning & Development Advisor (professional skills) to join them.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a L&D professional at Advisor level to join a busy People team and support in the development of professional skills for client facing employees.
Learning and Development Advisor - The role:
As Learning & Development Advisor you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning & development opportunities for those in recently qualified client facing roles and those in business ops and secretarial roles.
Learning and Development Advisor - Responsibilities include:
- The delivery of the client-facing, business operations and secretarial curriculums
- The delivery of the inclusionbased learning curriculum
- Learner needs analysis
- Reviewing PDPs to identify learning and development needs
- Reviewing evaluations from existing L&D interventions, using the information to assess who it might impact future L&D offerings
- Design & delivery combining LNA information and your specialist knowledge, you will create relevant L&D interventions such as workshops, written guidelines, knowledge shares, mentoring schemes and webinars
- Working with external training providers to deliver inclusionbased learning
- Delivery in person and virtual workshops
- Evaluation distribute and monitor action plans completed
- Collate feedback following each L&D intervention
- Ad hoc representing L&D on the ED&I committee
- Overseeing the storage of L&D materials
- Building relationships with external suppliers
- Knowledge sharing with other members of the L&D community
- Providing ad hoc support to the wider people team
Learning and Development Advisor - Skills & experience required:
This role will suit an experienced Learning & Development Advisor, with previous experience within professional services
You will:
- Have at least 3 years' experience at advisor level
- Ideally be a member of the CIPD with a level 5 qualification
- Have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Hybrid working
