Responsibilities include:


  • Quickly responding and prioritizing clients' requests
  • Producing drafts using infographics, graphics, content, and Microsoft Office
  • Create engaging designs using software packages, Adobe Suite
  • Writing comprehensive proposals
  • Completing all administrative tasks for projects and team processes
  • Updating database for your pitches
  • Work across departments ensuring cohesiveness of communications

Required background:


  • Previous experience pitching or project managing
  • Detail oriented, strong attention to detail
  • Excellent grammar and spelling
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment and able to multitask
