Description
The Role:
- 4 on 4 off shifts, plus some 9am 5pm Monday to Friday positions available on days, due to yet further expansion of the business.
- To become part of our famous Customer Service Team, involving call handling, dealing with customer and suppliers issues, general queries and completing daily tasks to support the service delivery.
- To fully utilise all our key internal systems and processes.
- To ensure a high levels of communication with all our internal and external partners.
- To provide professional friendly support to our customer base regarding all their various requirements.
- To always delivery the highest level of customer service during your shift.
- To form an excellent working relationship with our customers, suppliers and other internal departments.

Job Duties:
- Helping to manage and organise the flow of work into the customer service team.
- Engaging with our internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their requirements, and actioning various requests.
- Offer support and solutions to customers and suppliers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
