You will have a passion for offering customers an above and beyond approach to customer experience by leading by example and have transferable knowledge and experience.

Peregrine Clothing is a true British manufacturing brand, built on 225 years of proud family heritage.

Founded in Leicestershire in 1796 by Thomas Glover, the business is still family run to this day, with Tom Glover now the 8th generation Managing Director.

After consistent double digit, organic growth, the business is now to hire a number of key roles to drive future growth and efficiencies.

Peregrine is headquartered in Bristol, a short walk away from Montpelier train station.

The business currently consists of 8 full time employees, who all share the core family values of the business and are passionate about taking Peregrine to the next level.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Give outstanding customer service which exceed expectation by providing a bespoke journey to Peregrine customers
  • Lead by example and encourage individual and team development.
  • Identify areas for improvement and future trends
  • Generate ideas for improvement and development of the customer journey with Peregrine
  • Present feedback and trends to senior management that may impact Peregrine customer's experience.
  • Manage customer service response and resolution times
  • Reduce escalations through real time optimisation and development

About You:

  • 3 years' experience as a Customer Service executive ideally within the online / retail industry
  • Ideally have experience of working in a eCommerce D2C / wholesale B2B market
  • Have an understanding of current Consumer Legislation
  • An excellent communicator who can and wants to enhance the customer experience by working collaboratively with the wider Peregrine team.
  • Passionate about giving outstanding customer service and want to exceed the customers' expectations by providing bespoke solutions where needed.
  • Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment
  • Are passionate about Peregrine and its potential
