Job purpose
The Accreditation Administrator will assist with the operation and general running of the Quidos Accreditation department.


This is a full-time position with weekly working hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with a daily 1 hour unpaid lunch break.


Working remotely is available however there is a requirement for successful applicants to work within the main Quidos office for a minimum of 3 full working days a week.

The level of remote working will be agreed at the discretion of the Scheme Manager and may change over time.


Main duties

  • General administration duties (preparation of invoicing data, spreadsheets, scanning etc)
  • Assist in the development of all departments as directed
  • Assisting marketing department in ways to increase business volumes (e.g. via Social Media)
  • Ensure smooth operation of the schemes, understanding the different software available, government legislation that effects both the Schemes and their members, and show a detailed understanding of the work those on that Scheme carry out.
  • Assist with the Quality Management Systems Representative for ISO 9001:2015 standard to maintain a Quality Manual and up to date procedures, including organisation and implementation of Internal Audits
  • Client liaison and account handling, including ensuring relevant industry communications are distributed.
  • Liaise with the software development team to advise of future enhancements

Salary:
£19,680.00 per year
