Parts Advisor - Volkswagen Van Centre Bilston

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm i.e. 40 hours per week. One hour for lunch (unpaid)

Saturdays on a rota basis 8.00 am to 12.00 pm

Salary:
£24,000.00 per annum + Bonus

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a
Service Advisor at our
Volkswagen Van Centre Bilston site.

What you'll be doing:

Maximise parts profitability through the use of professional sales techniques.
Maintain parts stock and stock records.
Process parts orders efficiently.
Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Contribute to departmental compliance with company policy and industry guidelines.

What we need from you:

Ideally have previous experience with, or a working knowledge of, the following systems:
VW ETKA online parts catalogue.
VW E-Parts online ordering.
VW Expo returns logistics.
Kerridge Dealer Management.
Prior experience in the motor trade, particularly in parts, would be desirable.
Able to provide excellent customer service at all times.
Excellent relationship building with clients.
Is highly organised and adaptable.
Minimum GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent).
Computer literate.
