Service Supervisor - Greenhous Vauxhall, Telford

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm i.e. 40 hours per week. 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid).

Salary:
Depending on experience

A new opportunity has arisen for a Service Supervisor to join our industry leading Vauxhall dealership in Telford reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

What you'll be doing:

Optimising and increasing profitability whilst maintaining exceptional customer service.
Answer customers questions regarding technical problems with their vehicles, warranties, service and repairs.
Excellent understanding of the warranty process in order to maximise earnings.
Assist Technician's by updating/creating cases on Service Box.
Covering front of house workshop control through holiday periods/days off.
Ensuring all invoicing/work in progress is up to date on a daily basis.

What we need from you:

Knowledge of service sales revenue vs targets.
Understanding of labour productivity and workshop lead times to ensure maximum utilization and efficiency.
Customer satisfaction and retention skills ensuring our NPS targets are met at all times.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Be able to build and maintain rapport with colleagues, customers and external providers.
Organised, highly motivated and process driven with the ability to adapt and manage workloads.
Knowledge of Keyloop (DMS System) would be beneficial.
Knowledge of CitNOW & VHC systems.
Previous knowledge of Service Box would be advantageous.
Previous experience within a similar role.
