Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new opportunity?

If so, this role is for you.

Our client is currently looking for a fulfilment advisor to join their team on a temporary basic until June 2023.

This is a full time role, offering up to £26k depending on experience.

This role is partially working from home, however you will be expectedto travel to various offices within the region, with expenses paid and accommodation provided.

This is an exciting opportunity, and responsibilities include:

Deal effectively with customer complaints and resolve.
Ensure all feedback is reported and data is updated
Complete additional admin tasks ensuring customer service excellence is delivered.
Completing reconciliations within service levels
