Description
Are you a qualified accountant who would like to bring your experience to a small finance team, supporting the FD of a well-established and high-growth business?

Transparent is pleased to support this engineering business in this piece of recruitment.


Your key duties would be:

  • To support the FD with strategy and growth plans
  • Manage a small team of
  • Oversee the transactional finance function
  • Produce monthly and quarterly management accounts, as well as yearend
  • Liaise with auditors
  • Build relationships with customers whilst overseeing the credit control function
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • P&L analysis
  • Assisting with the implementation of a new accounting system
  • Continuous process improvement

The Person:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
  • Team player
  • Previous management experience
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Good communicator and relationship builder
