- Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing the project budget to meet all financial targets
- Preparing and submitting accurate tender documents and bills of quantities
- Supervising subcontractors to ensure high-quality work within budget
- Aiding in cost value reconciliations and providing progress reports
- Helping with measurement, valuation of variations, and payments
- Maintaining precise records and ensuring proper document management
- Interacting with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on housing projects
- Experience in subcontractor management and collaboration to achieve project objectives
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and problems-solving abilities
- Capability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
