    Dance and PE Teacher Wanted in Luton

    Are you a dynamic and passionate educator with expertise in dance and physical education? Join our team at Teaching Personnel and support our Partner Secondary School in Luton and inspire students to embrace movement, fitness, and creativity

    Position: Dance and PE Teacher
    Location: Luton
    Contract: Full-time
    Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and deliver high-quality dance and PE lessons that cater to a diverse range of student abilities and interests
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to develop their physical skills, confidence, and creativity
    • Incorporate innovative teaching strategies and resources to enhance student engagement and achievement
    • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
    • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
    • Specialism or significant experience in dance and physical education
    • Strong knowledge of dance techniques, styles, and choreography
    • Ability to effectively plan and deliver PE lessons that promote physical fitness and skill development
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
