Our team is small but has impact; we're highly collaborative, supportive, and focused on delivering with a smile on our faces. It's a high paced outcome-focused space where you will need to engage your passion, resilience and proactivity. We promise you will be supported and challenged, provided with multiple opportunities to learn, and given room to add value and make a difference to others.

  • NHS Car lease scheme
  • Access to a wide range of benefits and high street discounts
  • Main duties of the job

  • You will be technically highly capable, skilled at working with a breadth of business intelligence tools and analytical techniques to collate complex and sensitive data sets, model, analyse and visualise value-adding data outputs.
  • You will establish requirements and ensure outputs meet business requirements, within a robust governance framework, and build data credibility. You will actively help others understand the context and broader storyboard of your data outputs.
  • You will manage our people data technical solution ensuring the foundational data flows, tables, relationships and functionality are developed and fit for purpose.
  • You will enjoy working on multiple parallel tasks with a variety of task types, customers, methodologies and deadlines. You will be resilient, positive and always looking for solution improvements.
  • A passionate collaborator, you will be adept at building relationships and helping to simplify the complexity of data for others. You will be as much at ease in talking to others as you are sat at the keyboard.
  • You will play a key role in the development of your colleagues; whilst at present the role does not hold line management responsibility, you will help improve others' data capabilities. You will participate in robust peer review conversations to share knowledge and drive standards.
  • Ideally you will be Power BI conversant and have NHS experience, although neither are essential.
