This innovative Hub is poised to revolutionize surgery for Birmingham and Solihull residents, offering benefits such as reducing waiting lists and increasing annual operations by 6,000. The hospital's new operational model is already making a positive impact on both patients and staff.
We are currently seeking an Associate Director of Operations to join the dynamic team at Solihull Hospital. In collaboration with Andrew Clements, Director of Operations, and working closely with various hospital departments and Out of Hospital Services, we are keen to find a dedicated individual who can help us deliver top-notch care.
We have a team that thrives on autonomy and empowerment, seeking a leader who can encourage innovation and transformation while maintaining a strong focus on patient care.
