Description

Job title: PMO Analyst
Location: Preston: We offer a variety of hybrid and flexible working options - kindly discuss with your recruiter about the possibilities for this role.
Salary: Around £32,000 based on experience
What you'll be doing:

Provide central / end-of-month reporting of project delivery performance across the P&P area using data from various sources
Review reporting and project KPI's, offering analysis and insights for improvement and corrective actions
Guide the P&P report cycle expectations and offer assistance to the broader PMO and P&P team
Create and assess P&P / PM&C reporting and dashboards at the portfolio level
Analyze data and reporting to support Portfolio Delivery Leads, Programme, and Project Managers
Manage / coordinate key P&P Reviews including stakeholder scheduling, agenda agreement, assurance review, facilitation, and action tracking
Assist the Head of P&P PMO with ad hoc reporting / data requests
Assist in onboarding and training new hires on P&P Reporting expectations
Offer guidance and support to team members

Your skills and experiences:

Ability to make informed judgments based on factual data
Understanding of Project Management and Control (PM&C) capabilities
Knowledge and practical experience in PM&C governance and assurance processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
