An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual to join the Clinical Education Team as a Band 6 Clinical Educator at the Jessop Wing Hospital.

There has never been a better time to join our team of dedicated professionals who are striving to improve.

We are proud to have launched our Maternity Transformation programme which centres around safety, and compassionate and inclusive leadership with the aim of promoting equitable care to all and ensuring a psychologically safe workplace for staff.

Applications are invited from registered midwives with a passion for clinical education, service improvement, and practice development with the drive to ensure that clinical staff provide high quality, evidence-based, safe, and compassionate care.

The post holder must have the ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to work autonomously.

The role requires an ability to act as an expert resource, provider and role model within clinical areas with a flexible and adaptable approach, responding to the clinical demands within the Trust.

They will provide a link between the clinical areas and the Clinical Education department supporting learners and staff.
