Area Manager - up to £55k + Car + Excellent Package
Are you passionate about inspiring teams to deliver excellent customer service?
Do you have a strong understanding and great experience in the Hospitality or Retail Sector?
Are you an outgoing, confident Area Manager, who can create and deliver a vision to achieve the best results?

My client is an established hospitality operator with a fun and inclusive culture, a fast paced environment and lots of new store openings planned.

So what does the role involve?

  • As the Area Manager you will have the opportunity to shape your role and your team.
  • You will take ownership of the commercial activity to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded, whilst being focused towards providing great customer service and a high quality of food.
  • You will inspire and coach your team to support them in their personal and career development.
  • As a people focused manager you will give direction and guidance to the team to ensure there is a consistent customer and operational focus within the team.
  • You will be responsible for exciting events to engage the local community overseeing the marketing to ensure opportunities for business development are utilised.
