London + South East - Retail / Hospitality

£30,000 (Mon to Fri Remote working)

What does the Communications Manager role involve?
As Communications Manager you will work as part of the central support team. Your role will be varied with a high level of autonomy. You will be the communications conduit between all head office departments and Operation Team.

You will be have experience insome if not all of the following areas:

Team management, customer service, operational support services, tactful and concise communications or copywriting, dealing with queries from stakeholders of a variety of seniority.

To thrive in this role, you will need to be pro-active, have excellent attention to detail, be resilient, deadline orientated and be self-motivated.

You will be a competent communicator of information with a keen inclination for discernment, delicacy and diplomacy.


Do you have what they are looking for?

  • An ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the business to support a variety of needs.
  • You will have an understanding of sitelevel operations in retail and/or hospitality and being a key member of a multifunctional team.
  • You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have strong communication skills and business acumen.
  • Have experience of dealing with broadreaching and engaging content communication or information relay.
  • Having an intermediate ability using Microsoft Word, Outlook and other digital writing platforms is essential
  • Having experience with Mail chimp or other newsblast and administration platforms would be an advantage
