If yes,this could be the job for you. You wouldwork as a Band 7 clinical lead physiotherapist in the countywide neuro therapyteam in Worcestershire. You would hold avaried patient caseload as well as providing clinical leadership for theservice including supervision, training, and service development. You would work closely with specialist nursesand OTs and would regularly link with a variety of Trust based and external teams.

Main duties of the job
Provide clinical leadership for the neurotherapy team.
Community based and out-patient rehabilitationfor neurological patients; goal orientated, person-centred care.
Managing the changing presentation of patientswith a neurodegenerative condition, to ensure maximum quality of life ismaintained at each stage of their condition journey.
Caseload management.
Referral triaging for the neurology singlepoint of access.
Service development in line with objectivesfrom your annual review and service need.
MDT meetings within our service and wider teammeetings , with local hospices, MND team meetings.
Supervision of physiotherapy colleagues and students.
Providing training for patients, carers andteam members, on patient specific issues and to increase the knowledge of theteam.
