Fred.\\ Holidays is a tailor-made tour operator with distinct specialist sales areas including, European Land, Rail Journeys, Ocean Cruises and River Cruises.

This includes the Fred. Olsen owned Hotel Jardin Tecina in La Gomera and the UK Sales Agent for Amadeus River Cruises.


Each product is hand crafted by our specialist sales team adapting the holiday to the customers' requirements, this includes hotel rating and location, UK departure points, inclusive activities, multi-centre stays and more.


The Fred.\\ Holidays tour operation supports both the trade and direct consumer through its ability to tailor-make each and every holiday style.


As our product portfolio expands, we are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with a passion for travel to support our reservations team as they develop and learn about being a tour operator.


As the role develops, you will support the Travel Specialists as an overflow to the reservations team during periods of high call volumes and capitalise on enhance booking income opportunities through adding ancillary products and upgraded options.


As the Travel Support Apprentice, you will have a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow with a team of supportive individuals who are professionals and have a passion for the industry.

This position is a unique and exciting opportunity allowing an apprentice to gain knowledge and experience in the travel industry.

This is a full time position based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) Working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm)
