Vickerstock are proud to be working with an innovative and high quality Food Manufacturing business experiencing unrivalled growth with the appointment of a Hygiene Manager for their Co Down facilities.
As the successful Hygiene Manager you will be responsible for 3 sites, managing people, processes and systems in order to ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
Excellent salaryPensionHoliday entitlementSenior Management roleYour new role as Hygiene Manager:Design and implement hygiene Standard Operating Procedures across the specific business unitsDesign and implementation of training and development programs to support the hygiene teams across all sitesLead program of continuous improvement, ensuring all systems of work are in place to support each site's specific needsDesigning and embedding optimum resourcing across each site, to meet individual site needs, and overall business needsEnsure all schedules of work, and regulatory record keeping is accurate and maintained to a high standardCarry out internal audits of all sites, providing coaching to site teams on areas for improvementWhat you will need to succeed:Minimum of 3 years management experience of a dedicated hygiene / cleaning teamExcellent people management skillsProven experience in the design, implementation and delivery of SOPsExperience of leading a team in a food production environment preferredWhat we hope you do next:Please contact Anna to discuss this or other Agri Food/FMCG opportunities in absolute confidence on , or send an updated CV via the link on the page.
