Reed HR are proud to be recruiting for Learning & Development Advisor for a renowned law firm with multiple offices across the UK.

This is an exciting time to join a welcoming learning and development team as the organisation continues to rapidly grow.

Hybrid working in Cardiff with occasional travel to deliver training to other offices


What you'll be doing:


  • Delivering a blended approach to training, including classroom and online
  • Identifying learning needs across the organisation
  • Support the team to design and develop training material

What you'll need:


  • Experience in both classroom and webbased learning and facilitation
- professional services background would be advantageous

  • Strong facilitation, coaching and delivery skills
