Reed HRare currently looking for a
HR Manager to join our client on a full time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handling ER issues such as grievances and employee welfare
- Collaborating with line managers in the business
- Partnering with senior operational employees including the HR Director to establish and rollout peoplerelated strategy
- Oversee attendance and absence
- Providing detailed HR reports to senior management teams
- Administration of employeerelated paperwork such as employment contracts, new starter packs or formal notices of termination
- Leading new starter inductions
- Managing talent pools and succession plans and laising with the Recruitment Manager to short list
- Overseeing training and development of employees as well as evaluating training needs
- Administering financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits, and pension schemes
- Handling highly confidential information
