Reed HRare currently looking for a
HR Manager to join our client on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Handling ER issues such as grievances and employee welfare
Collaborating with line managers in the business
Partnering with senior operational employees including the HR Director to establish and rollout peoplerelated strategy
Oversee attendance and absence
Providing detailed HR reports to senior management teams
Administration of employeerelated paperwork such as employment contracts, new starter packs or formal notices of termination
Leading new starter inductions
Managing talent pools and succession plans and laising with the Recruitment Manager to short list
Overseeing training and development of employees as well as evaluating training needs
Administering financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits, and pension schemes
Handling highly confidential information
