    Learning Project Manager - Financial Services Sector2 days a week onsite at either - Bristol, Birmingham, Halifax & Leeds6 month contract Inside of IR35My client is looking for a Project Manager who has extensive experience with Training/ Upskilling projects.

    The purpose of the position is to Up-skill their workers both virtually and physically on the new Finance Operating System that they are migrating to.

    Core ResponsibilitiesIn order to carry out this role, each candidate must be able to provide evidence of experience in the following areas:

    Interpreting and managing the end to end project management of the learning elements of projects/programmes, resource allocation, activity prioritisation, tracking, reporting and risk and issue managementDevelop and deliver the overall learning project plan, identifying assumptions, dependencies and deliverables and make recommendations to ensure all risks are managed and mitigated effectively.

    Managing with full project governance as well as the internal governance approach used by the Learning teamWorking closely with business units, all relevant learning teams and 3rd party suppliers to research, shape and recommend appropriate, pragmatic and impactful learning solutions in line with business requirements and programme deliverablesLeading the design activity including external designers and manage the delivery programme working with internal delivery teams.

    Arrange walkthrough and sign offs of training proposals and of the solution with key stakeholdersManaging timescales and budgets, make recommendations and take appropriate actions to ensure delays, difficulties and cost over-runs are addressed and communicated to all key stakeholdersCalculating detailed costs, track on a monthly basis, identify any opportunitiesReviewing MI and evaluation to identify opportunities to drive on-going efficiency and effectiveness of learningKey skillsEssentialSolid Project ManagerExtensive Training/Learning Project ExperienceExtensive Stakeholder Management SkillsFinancial Services SectorDesirableFinance Experience - Accountancy, Purchase LedgersIf you are available and interested please apply today
