Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Administrator to join a prestigious property company in Leeds City Centre.

Salary - £27,000

Hybrid - 1 day WFH

The role of the Team Administrator will be varied but duties will include:

  • Assisting in the creation of professional presentations using InDesign and PowerPoint
  • Liaising with the team and collating time sheets/expenses/forms/invoices, ensuring these are processed
  • Arranging overseas and regional travel and hotel arrangements via online agent
  • Arranging the booking of meeting rooms, video/conference facilities, refreshments, restaurants, taxis etc. and liaising with internal and external meeting attendees
  • Occasional taking of minutes/records of meetings etc.
  • Maintaining an electronic filing system
  • Liaising with clients, contacts and other staff
  • Proof reading work documents
  • Understanding the necessity for confidentiality when dealing with client and staff issues
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with Clients and their secretaries
  • Be an experienced Administrator
  • Have good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office
  • Be proactive and organised with a high attention to detail.
  • Be able to prioritise own workload with mínimal supervision.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to act on own initiative.
  • Have a friendly, polite and helpful manner.
  • Be a team player with a flexible "can do" attitude
