You will contribute to delivering efficiencies and building capability to create a continuous improvement culture where you will analyse the efficiency and effectiveness of the current process before implementing a range of solutions to improve the process resulting in business benefits and a first-class experience for our customers.
You will plan and delivering improvement projects to deliver business benefits, supporting the in-house Process Improvement training to build capability across the business, ensuring the consistent adoption of lean six sigma methodology.
Coach internally trained colleagues to use their process improvement skills to deliver improvements within their own teams and business units.
