About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Coordinator to join our team.
This position is based in the Web team in the Digital Transformation department and answers to the Senior Website Manager.
You will provide direct support to our site users, editand publish content, and participate in our process of Digital Transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage queries received from users of our various online platforms
- Edit, proofread and publish online content to our main site, and other online platforms
- Work with the Web team to transform and improve our digital processes and procedures
About you
Requirements:
- Experience of delivering support to customers or users
- Experience working with developing and publishing online content
