Job Title:
Property Manager required for Estate Agency in South Chelsea | £40,000


You will use your previous experience in property management to effectively manage a stunning portfolio of properties located in South West London.

Having a solid background in property is key, you will be a super efficient and organised individual who hasthe ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining excellent communication between landlords and tenants.


Responsibilities

  • Managing existing tenancies by arranging repairs to be carried out through contractors
  • Being the main point of contact liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants
  • Completing all paperwork for tenants moving in and moving out including references
  • Ensuring all properties are keeping up with current legislation
  • Completing tenancy renewal paperwork
  • Sorting utility bills and redirecting post
  • Dealing with contractors & liability insurance
  • Organising and ensuring the security of keys
  • Completing inspections and property visits
