Description
ICS is working alongside a Nationwide Property Services Company that operates as a specialist asset manager on behalf of many major institutional UK investors, such as pension funds.
At present, they manage a residential property portfolio of more than 170,000properties across both England and Wales.Their role is not just to collect money and handle administration, but it is also to provide responsible long-term stewardship for the properties that they look after.
As a Consents Team Administrator, within the Leasehold Management Team, you are the backbone of the department, providing solid administration and seamless technical support relating to legal enquiries and conveyancing processes related to the sale of existingleasehold properties within your designated portfolio.
In a nutshell, your integral role and function will be to deal with a dedicated portfolio of legal enquiries and processes related to the sale of existing leasehold properties.
Whilst also ensuring that you protect the rights of your pool of Landlords/Clients, as well as ensuring that the residents of said properties are able to get necessary permissions and information promptly and simply.
Desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of the legal requirements applicable to the transfer and mortgage of Leasehold and Freehold property
- Understanding of the legal conveyancing process
- Experience within the residential property sector, or within the property industry generally
- Experience in dealing with solicitors, conveyancers, and surveyors
- Land Registry titles & Requisitions.
- Knowledge and experience of using Qube

Salary:
£25,000 + Performance Related Bonus
Hours:
Hybrid role - 3 days WFH and 2 days in their Central London Offices from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
