Mia Direct Ltd is currently in search of a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to one of its Project Managers due to its ongoing success.


Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently manage production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers to gather project information.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or risks.
  • Assist in the development of process improvements to enhance overall production efficiency.

Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
