Description
5+ years of program or project management experience.- Experience working cross functionally with technical and nontechnical teams.
- 4+ years of experience onsite live studio production or event management.
- 5+ years knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and event planning platforms.
- Raises the bar with both verbal and written documentation.
- Able to clearly communicate and collaborate with team members and customers in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage complex calendaring systems and databases.
- Knowledge of audio, video and lighting systems.
- Scheduling and calendaring management.
The Events Producer provides customer-centric intake management, calendar, organisational, reporting, and administrative support to the IT Services Event Productions team and its customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated onsite POC for customers, including production team and thirdparty vendors when required.
- Available for customer meetings, onsite for set days, rehearsals and event day(s).
- Manages meetings effectively; provides supporting documentation and aligns stakeholders.
- Maintains multiple operations calendars and databases.
- Coordinates onsite requests, including but not limited to studio recordings, events and post production.
- Daily customer communication support and management.
- Regular scheduling of customer requests.
- Improves efficiencies, and works to optimize processes.
- Coordinates projectrelated data and reporting.
- Works on defined projects, with straightforward goals.
- Able to identify blockers, and facilitate progress.
- Research new technologies to constantly evolve our services to keep up with industry standards.
- Play a part in the hiring, training, and development of others. Also working as a mentor within and outside of the team.
- Write documentation to standardize and raise the bar.
- Work and partner with external vendors when required.
- Work on projects and solutions that may affect multiple systems in a single region.
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, and demonstrated ability to improve processes.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and systems.
- Experience taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to translate technical requirements and expectations to customers.
- Experience of ticketing systems.
