Accounts Payable Team Leader Up to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits Package - Permanent - Manchester

Partnering with VHFR, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader, to join a forward-thinking Global organisation at their Manchester-based Shared Service Centre.

Reporting to the Transactions Manager the primary responsibility of the Accounts Payable Team Leader is to lead a team of Accounts Payable Associates and organise day-to-day activities monitoring individual performances and adjusting priorities as per business requirements.

This exciting role will enable you to showcase your natural leadership skills to manage and lead your teams to deliver Accounts Payable activities.

Responsibilities include:

Lead a team of Accounts Payable Associates
Supporting, developing, and empowering the Accounts Payable team in line with best practice
Supporting the SSC in achieving the highest standard of customer service
Identifying areas for continuous improvement to drive efficiencies and strengthen control.

Due to the nature of the role, your background and experience will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of transactional processing within a shared service environment.

A deep understanding of end-to-end processes in Accounts Payable/P2P is a must as are strong continuous improvement skills.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
