OBJECTIVES:
Provide and maintain the Quality Systems support required by the GP Lens business.
To effective provide Technical Support to customers in order to consistently deliver orders to expected service commitments and quality, and to manage customer returned product for complaints analysis and customer feedback.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the safe, effective and efficient manufacture and supply of GP contact lenses to the EU market.
All lenses produced to conform to expected requirements of safety, quality and efficacy.
Personal responsibility to actively contribute to supporting and growing the business as per the annual operational and quality plans, targets and objectives.
Provide technical support to GP lens customers and ensure accurate order entry per customer requirements.
Active participation in the site's internal and supplier auditing programs.
Contribute to external audit hosting.
Manage an effective / value added Calibration program for all IM&TE assets.
Active participation in the site's CAPA management process - helping to drive through effective and sustained change.
Assist as required with validation activity as per the Site Validations Master Plan document, utilising the appropriate Regional QMS validations Toolkit and Risk Management protocols.
Manage documents within the existing document control system.
