Senior Investment Writer and Investment Content Specialist To £90,000 basic salary plus bonus and benefits. Hybrid Model.Strategic and commercially focused role, focused on supporting the ambitious growth plans of this highly prestigious Asset Manager
This role is dual focused, offering responsibility for producing investment and thought leadership content, as well as wider communications and written content to promote my client's brand, funds and strategies working proactively with Investment Teams, Distribution and Compliance
Within this role you will provide centralised editorial support to the business, ensuring all content and communications are developed in line with the Firm's brand, overall strategy and objectives.
You will lead key content and reporting projects, assuming end-to-end project management responsibility, stakeholder communication and timely deliveryMore specifically the investment content production will include researching and writing original content on behalf of subject matter experts and editing material drafted by others
Proactively contribute to editorial planning, working with stakeholders to agree areas of focus and deliverables, and project manage content development through working in partnership with the core marketing team and stakeholders to agree production timelines, develop, approve and publish material
You will manage content marketing campaigns to support the business's growth objectives, working with stakeholders on idea generation, content production and post-campaign analytics
Develop or re-purpose content for multiple formats, including blogs, video scripting, social media, publications, events, awards
Ensure my client's core brand attributes (global thematic, strong client relationships, stewardship) are consistently promoted and reflected in all content
Provide oversight of fund commentary on a monthly and quarterly basis and content for annual and semi-annual reports to agreed SLAs
You will have a strong record of academic achievement, clearly evidencing your strength with the written word, along with the completion of relevant industry qualifications including perhaps the IMC, CFA, CAIA etc.
Investment Writing and Content Marketing - you will have significant experience within a similar role from a forward thinking Asset Manager, being able to evidence your ability to create written content for different client audiences and formats: long- and short-form articles, publications, visual and digital formats, PR, investment commentaryTrack record of editorial planning and deliver high quality content to agreed deadlines
Be able to evidence excellent interpersonal skills and proactive stakeholder management in order to plan, agree and deliver content to support communications objectives
Ensure that all financial promotions and / or media approval policies are in line with the Firm's editorial house style and compliant with FCA regulations
