We are looking for a friendly, hardworking individual with good communication skills to join the Cardiac administration team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

The post holder will be responsible for general administrative co-ordination across the Cardiac directorate, specifically leading on co-ordination of the Cardiac directorate Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, ensuring all meetings are fully prepared to include ensuring patients notes, radiology reports and results are made available, meetings are accurately prepared and documented on relevant systems, and any actions recommended at the MDT meeting are followed up.
The post holder will be directly responsible to the Specialty Support Manager for Cardiology and will work in close liaison with the consultants and their team.
To act as a general coordinator across the Cardiac directorate, specifically leading on administrative co-ordination of the Cardiac Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, ensuring all meetings are fully prepared to include ensuring patients notes, radiology reports and results are made available, meetings are accurately prepared and documented on relevant systems, and any actions recommended at the MDT meeting are followed up.
To ensure that MDT meetings run effectively and are well structured in order to improve patient pathways and flows within the Cardiac Department, liaising closely and pro-actively with the lead MDT clinicians.
