Description
Job Title: Band 6 Occupational Therapists at Caernarfon Community Service
Are you up for stepping into a new challenge and unleashing your potential within an energetic team? Whether you are an experienced Band 5 aiming for a senior role or craving a fresh challenge, we want to hear from you.
We have an exciting opportunity for two Band 6 Occupational Therapists to join our community service team in Caernarfon. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and support workers, as well as District Nurses, Specialist Nurses, and social workers. The role involves completing assessments, interventions, and rehabilitation programs to enhance recovery, improve function, prevent de-conditioning, and enhance the well-being of individuals in their homes. The case load includes various areas like Intermediate Care, Orthopaedic pathway, Discharge to Recover and Assess, Palliative Care, and General Community.
This is a fantastic opportunity for two driven individuals who value community Occupational Therapy. It's a great time to join the team, contribute to existing care models, and introduce innovative practices.
Main Responsibilities:
Proficiency in Welsh is preferred for this role; however, English speakers are equally encouraged to apply.
