Tenancy Progressor - Wirral - Up to £22,000 + Commissions

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join an expanding Lettings Team and assist the team in delivering and exceeding achievable targets.

Due to continued success, our client, a leading independent Estate Agency with multiple branches across Liverpool, are looking for a Tenancy Progressor to work as part of an established and friendly team.

What you will be doing

Arranging move in dates and ensuring that all the relevant compliant paperwork is in place
Liaise between tenants and landlords and negotiate terms of tenancy
Assist the landlord in preparing the property so it is ready for ingoing tenants.
Arrange for relevant references to take place for successful applicants and monitor and speed up the process where possible
Set up new tenancies and to keep offer accepted to move in timings to a minimum
Ensure all the compliance paperwork is in place, arranging funds and contractor visits where necessary
Secure the necessary ID and ownership checks for landlords and tenants
Successfully put prospective tenants through Right to Rent and keep diligent records of findings
Draw up and distribute tenancy agreements with any relevant clauses
Arrange move ins and correctly invoice landlords.

What you will have

Previous experience working within a similar role
Excellent customer service skills and a desire to build relationships with both landlord and tenants
Determination to meet and exceed company targets
An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
