Conveyancing Fee Earner / Paralegal - Hexham

An opportunity has arisen to join a busy practice in Northumberland, as a Conveyancing Fee Earner/Paralegal, dealing with all aspects of property law.

The firm is a thriving and expanding law practice committed to serving individuals and businesses with an enviable client base, advising on a wide range of clients (and generations) at various stages in their professional and personal lives.

Duties

You will be responsible for your own caseload of Residential and Commercial matters including sales and purchases, remortgages, leases, transfers of equity and other general property matters under supervision
Dealing directly with clients to take instructions and ensure full understanding in order to deliver on client expectations
Working closely with Partners to develop client relationship skills and effectively scope and price work

You

We would be happy to hear from any NQ that has completed a Residential and Commercial Property seat as part of their training contract or from applicants who have experience in Agricultural Law
An ability to deal with all aspects of Agricultural Law, including sales and purchases, FBT / AHA and business sale and purchase agreements would be desirable but not essential

- £22,000 to £38,000 per annum based on level and experience
