PERMANENT CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMIN - MILTON KEYNES - £24,000

  • Working knowledge of SAP
- **Daily duties are likely to involve:

Overseeing the day to day aspect of customer accounts which may involve:

  • Log calls and update customers with arrival of product time or general updates
  • Communicate with customers about their repair calls advising of any delays/ job status
  • Supporting resolution of customer complaints, quickly and patiently to achieve 'best in class' customer experience.
