Description
This role will be based in our Portlethen premises in Aberdeen on a full time basis.

As an ARMO Mechanic you responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining assigned coiled tubing and pumping equipment in accordance with operating specifications.
  • Conducting mechanical inspections
  • Use of moderately complex diagnostic equipment.
  • Review of procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy.
  • Analyse and interpret data from tests and troubleshoot equipment problems.
  • Analytical ability to find solutions to difficult technical problems.
  • Maintaining records.
  • Scheduleing maintenance.
  • Offshore travel to carry out job Maintenance & Repair as well as initial job startups and fault finding as and when required.
  • 7+ years maintenance related experience in mechanical function
  • Minimum 7 years relevant industrial experience(airline, military, oilfield, automotive)
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting hydraulic schematics and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise on hydraulic and pneaumatic circuits and ability to troubleshoot faults.
  • Advanced level of analytical ability to find solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Advanced computer skills.
