We are looking for a dynamic and talented senior nurse manager to lead the delivery of high quality clinical and operational healthcare services within HMP Liverpool, ensuring a consistent and coordinated approach to the delivery of quality evidenced-based practice.
If you are an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a proven track record in service management, performance management and delivery, and are committed to delivering high quality patient care, this post could be for you.

You will be a registered nurse with appropriate professional membership, coupled with extensive experience operating at a senior level leading healthcare teams.
You will possess excellent leadership qualities and be able to build respect quickly, motivate others and develop effective working relationships and partnerships.
The post holder will have full responsibility for healthcare services within HMP Liverpool. They will be direct point of contact for Commissioners, HMPS Governor and the Coroner. They will be the CQC registered manager and therefore ensuring compliance with CQC requirements.Post holder will be budget holder and responsible for performance of patient care as well as staff performance and compliance with training.
