Who are we seeking?


We are looking for a New Product Development Technical Coordinator, whose objective is to support the New Product Development (NPD) team with general administrative functions including preparation of documents, compiling records, scheduling of meetings, recording of meeting minutes and file storage of project specific information.

The Coordinator will also act as M.R.P controller for Development and support in collating development sign off process.


Example responsibilities will include;

  • Supporting the NPD team with a variety of administration based tasks to reduce workload and administration time for project level management.
  • Document the conduit of communication between project stakeholders to ensure meeting actions are recorded and assigned correctly.
  • Plan and attend meetings, accurately recording outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain the Sunseeker filing systems for project information.
  • Update and maintain NPD procedure and policy documents.
  • Create, update and maintain project Gantt charts.
  • Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports to both business stakeholders and senior management.
  • To act as department Material Resource Planner (M.R.P) for development & mould tool
  • Work with internal stakeholders on BoM and Routes
  • Accept and process orders for mould tools for internal manufacturing.
  • Communicating with Procurement to ensure smooth transfer and storage of mould tools.
  • Ensure that the mould tools are dispatched to the correct site & that the relevant SAP transactions are done to stock transfer the tool to the correct supplier/vendor.
  • Where needed, accept or reject mould tool alterations and adjust BoM and Route if rework required.
