We're hiring for a Charity Shop Manager in Chipping Sodbury It's an exciting time to be part of the Brandon Charity Retail team as we look to open a new shop in the heart of Chipping Sodbury, South Gloucestershire


We are a small retail chain with mighty ambitions and we're looking for a Store Manager to be part of our success.


You will be part of a brand new team, helping us set up our new shop and make it one of the best on Chipping Sodbury High Street.


Our shops exist to raise funds for the work of Brandon Trust, create paid and unpaid employment opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autism, and promote sustainable living and pre-loved fashion.

This is a full time position, for 37.5 hours over 5 days, including Saturdays and Sundays.


You will:


  • Have a commercial mind and have charity retail knowledge.
  • Be passionate about your local community and people with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Be a hardworking, enthusiastic, creative, and a solutionseeking team leader with an eye for fashion, and an entrepreneurial streak.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Achieving set sales and profit targets.
  • Generating sufficient donated stock via contact with donors and the use of other methods.
  • Managing staff both paid and unpaid, and to ensure the shop is adequately staffed at all times.
