£20,016.93 per annum, based on 37.5hrs/week


Hours: 37.5hrs/week (Mon-Sun, including weekends, evenings, bank holidays)

Flexible roles supporting people with mental health conditions and learning disabilities
We are excited to be recruiting for two full-time Support Workers to join our teams in Luton


About the role
We are therefore looking to recruit permanent support workers to join our dedicated team of support workers.


Providing support to individuals to meet their particular needs, as identified within their support plans, enabling them to make informed choices while promoting their privacy and dignity.

Duties may include (but is not limited to):


  • Personal care to some of our vulnerable customer
  • Laundry and housework
  • Food preparation and cooking
  • Budgeting and shopping
  • Monitoring and/or administering medications
  • Being active in the community (employment, study, volunteering and/or leisure activities)
  • Maintaining relationships with family and friends
  • Social activities
  • Accompanying customers to appointments and/or on excursions
  • Working in partnership with other agencies and organisations.

About You

  • Have good IT skills as most of the paperwork will be completed online
  • Are supportive of the customers' goals to live the lifestyle of their choosing

  • Are good at working on your own and within a team
  • Are flexible to work on a rolling rota.
