PM Recruitment Team Leader
Banbury

General Purpose:

To support the onsite team to deliver an outstanding experience to the client and temporary workers whilst promoting Encore's core values at all times.

Reports to:
Senior Contract Manager

Responsible For:
On-Site flexi workers experience on assignment

Shifts:

AM SHIFT15:00-23:30- £12.00 per hour

Duties:

Manage temporary workers performance to ensure that clients and workers are consistently satisfied and hitting performance KPI's
Closely manage the performance of new starters whilst giving constructive feedback to increase productivity on the shop floor
Completing performance improvement reviews where necessary with associates falling under the desired performance levels
Manage the workforce absence and perform return to work interviews
Preparation of new starter documents ready for new starter inductions
Conduct site tours and induct the temporary workforce to meet client recruitment requirements
Regularly engage with the workforce as part of ongoing staff welfare
Develop strong relationships with the team leaders and supervisors and become a expert of your clients business to help understand temporary workforce requirements.
Perform daily check ins and attend the morning managers brief
Ensure all site rules are being adhered too
Cover of the out of hours mobile on a rota basis to receive any absence calls
Supporting the warehouse with tasks in quieter periods
Support the Onsite team with any day to day tasks they may require and need support with
