A top 100 firm are recruiting for a private client solicitor to form their extremely reputable team in Kingston-Upon

Thames.

The firm boasts over 200 expert solicitors and is very highly regarded.

The private client department features in both the Legal500 and Chambers and Partners directories, as well as holding many other accreditations (having been shortlisted for the STEP 'Private Client Team of the Year Award', 3 awards at the Surrey Business Awards, etc).

The private client department in Kingston consistsof 2 Partners, 4 Associates, 2 Legal Assistants, an Executive Assistant and an Administration Assistant, and (whilst a leader in its field) is very friendly and informal.

The role will see you covering many areas of private client, including estate planningadvice; administration of estates of varying degrees of complexity; advising on cross border issues; the creation, administration and taxation of trusts; advising on and drafting wills; taxation advice and advising on capacity issues.

The work will be focusedaround high net worth clients due to the nature of the affluent area/reputation of the firm, and will lead to a very interesting variety of work.

To be successful in your application, you will:

Have at least 3 years of post qualified experience (however,less experienced candidates are also invited to apply).
Have at least a 2.1 degree and have received training from a reputable source.
Be a competent private client solicitor with excellent client facing skills.
