We know working in care is more than 'just a job'. To us it's playing a crucial role in enabling the people we support to live their best lives.
We have recently opened our fabulous Residential Service in Calne. The service is set up as seven individualised self-contained flats each focussed on supporting a young person with learning disabilities, autism, and complex support needs, that will on occasions manifest as emotional and physical challenges to those providing support.
We are seeking positive and enthusiastic support workers who have the skills and experience to 'see' the person behind the behaviours, enabling them to build and develop supportive relationships that contribute to a good quality of life and great outcomes for each person we support.
You can expect.
