Role Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join the New Business team as a Leasing Associate and be part of our central operation in Sale, Greater Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- As one of the primary points of contact with Ascend, the highest level of customer service and professionalism is always expected.
- Provide accurate information on available properties, such as rental prices, tenancy terms, and our industry standard set business rules.
- Gather relevant information from prospective tenants, including their property preferences and requirements.
- Schedule property viewings into our branch networks or territory managers diary.
- Collaborate with leasing consultants and property managers to coordinate property viewings and manage leasing activities effectively.
- Conduct follow ups with prospective tenants to gather feedback or address any additional questions.
- Have a good understanding of the leasing process from point of enquiry through to move in.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the relevant territorial lettings market and keep informed of industry trends and new developments.
- Ensure compliance with Landlord and Tenants Act and Housing / Rents Acts Legislation and company regulations throughout the leasing process.

- Previous experience in call handling, customer service or leasing is beneficial.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Particular attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident with technology
- A positive and cando attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Industry qualifications such as ARLA (or working towards it) are preferred but not essential.

Pay:
Up to £27,300.00 per year
