Key Responsibilities
As a Repairs Assistant working within Ascend, you will be based from our Head Office in Sale, Manchester working within our ever growing, fast pace Build to Rent division and your key responsibilities will be:

Working closely with the Asset Management Team, ensuring planned and responsive repairs are conducted in line with set KPIs.
Instruction of works based on Schedule of Rates.
Reporting & data: oversee the preparation of internal and external reports including analysis of key metrics and management commentary for Clients and management team
Managing day to day relationships with internal and external contractors.
Client Liaison
Financial Management
Responsible for building compliance

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Prior
experience managing responsive and planned maintenance.
Prior experience working within the property or facilities management industry (_Build to Rent preferred_).
Prior knowledge of property functions and management
Strong levels of customer service and prepared to go above and beyond
Cando attitude
Computer Literate
High levels of Integrity and Reliability
